By accessing this website, you agree to these terms of use. Users undertake to use this website and its contents lawfully and respectfully.

Intellectual Property

All texts, photographs, designs and other content on this website are protected by intellectual property laws.

Unless otherwise stated, all photographs are © Pepe Arespacochaga. No content may be reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.

Booking

A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit of the total trip price.

The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 90 days before departure.

Failure to complete the final payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking.

Cancellation

If the traveller cancels the booking:

• More than 120 days before departure: all payments will be refunded, less any administrative costs.

• Between 90 and 120 days before departure: 50% of the total trip price will be retained.

• Less than 90 days before departure: no refund will be made.

Minimum Group Size

Each trip requires a minimum number of participants, as indicated in the trip description.

If the minimum number is not reached, NEBIR Expediciones may cancel the trip. In this case, all amounts paid will be refunded in full.

Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory and must include, at a minimum, medical assistance, repatriation and trip cancellation cover.

Itinerary Changes

Itineraries may be modified due to weather, road conditions, safety considerations, park regulations or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Travel Documents

Travellers are responsible for ensuring they hold a valid passport, visas, vaccinations and any other documents required for their destination.

Responsibility

Our trips take place in remote natural environments. Travellers are required to follow the instructions of the tour leader or guide and acknowledge the inherent risks associated with wildlife travel.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain.

This travel agency operates in accordance with Spanish Royal Decree-Law 23/2018 of 21 December, relating to package travel and linked travel arrangements, and Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.
