seven years ago I moved from Spain to Africa, first to Ethiopia and later to South Africa, beginning a personal journey into wildlife photography.

after settling in Pretoria, I prepared my vehicle to explore some of the most remote regions of Botswana, Zimbabwe, South Africa and Namibia, travelling alone across these landscapes in search of moments where wildlife and environment come together in a single image.

the photographs in the SHAPES OF THE WILD series were captured during those journeys over the past four years.

through my work, I aim to offer a renewed vision of wildlife and nature photography. one that seeks not only to preserve the memories of those who visit these countries, but also to inspire new generations to travel to the same remote places that continue to move and inspire me.
